CoreLink × VOLT

Communication
has value.

VOLT is the energy layer of CoreLink — designed to measure communication resources, user participation and network contribution as value inside a decentralized communication network.

01 — Why VOLT

Every connection
has value.

Traditional communication systems treat transmission as a service cost. VOLT reframes communication as a resource that can be measured, consumed, contributed to and distributed through the network.

01
Resource metering

Communication and data transmission can correspond to measurable VOLT consumption.

02
Behavior participation

Real user participation and interaction become part of the network's productive activity.

03
Network contribution

Routing, relay and infrastructure participation can receive VOLT incentives.

04
Energy flow

VOLT is designed to circulate through use, contribution and redistribution rather than remain static.

02 — Architecture

Three layers.
One network.

The whitepaper separates communication from energy accounting: CoreLink handles communication, VOLT handles communication energy, and CoreX provides the underlying blockchain and consensus infrastructure.

03 — Energy Flow

Energy never stands still.
It flows.

The VOLT model describes a cycle in which network behavior creates measurable energy, communication uses energy, infrastructure contribution receives incentives, and value returns to the network.

Behavior → Energy → Consumption → Incentive → Reproduction.

05 — Tokenomics

Reduced supply.
Weighted release.

VOLT was initially issued with 1,000,000,000 units. Following an 800,000,000 VOLT direct burn and an additional 31,572,650 VOLT ecosystem burn, the current effective total supply is 168,427,350 VOLT. Distribution continues to follow the active base-station weight model.

Base station weight model

Each active base station receives 100 base-weight points. Structural weights are added through active linked nodes, decreasing layer by layer from 90 to 10 across ten layers as described in the whitepaper.

06 — Vision

A new signal
has arrived.

The whitepaper extends the communication model toward address-based identity and a network with fewer traditional geographic boundaries.
